Dear Sir,

I received via the Post the items I ordered from your company. The items are in good order except for a plastic box which has a cracked lid. I do not know exactly how the lid got cracked but it looks as though it happened in transit

So I am returning the defective box to you with this letter. Please send me a replacement that is in good condition. Also I suggest you use better packing material to reduce the possibility of damage in transit Thankyou.

12th August ______

To All Members,

Emergency General Meeting

Agenda; Legal Action challenging Club’s Existence

We have received notice of legal proceedings against us challenging the legality of our Gub’s existence. Sad|y, this has been initiated by some of our very own members.

These past few weeks I have had the most unpleasant experience of having to listen to numerous complaints from fellow members about your abusive behaviour towards diem. I have spoken to you on die matter and your behaviour towards me is not unlike what die complaints were about

We are veiy concerned for the well-being of our dub and abusive behaviour is detrimental to’it So we, the Executive Committee, have met and dedded to ask you to show cause why your membership should not be terminated. You have seven (7) days from the ‘date of this letter to reply, failing which you automatically cease to be a member.

Dear Mr.——————

I have not had the chance of being at the dub recently for I have been busy running about the country as my job requires.

I know that I have missed some dub activities simply because I was not aware of them. Thus to avoid this in future, could you send me a list of future dub activities so that I could plan my schedule ahead? I do not like to miss out on club activities which I do enjoy tremendously.

Thankyou.

Dear Mr ———————-

According to Rule 13, children under 12 are not allowed into the bar and lounge. However, as you probably are aware of too, die bar and lounge looks more like a child-care centre, especially at weekends. So it is quite impossible to have a quiet drink there nowadays with hyperactive kids running and shouting all die time. I have had my drink knocked out of my hands a couple ot time by these kids.

Could you raise this matter at the next Committee Meeting? I am not against parents bringing their kids to the dub. The least they could do is to restrict the children to the areas set aside for them.

Yours sincerely,

Notice to Club Members.

To All members,

According to Rule 13, children under 12 are not allotted into the bar and lounge. Signs indicating this are prominently displayed at the door and in the room itself.

I would appreciate it if you abide by this rule.
